現象(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力(li)迅速上升或者缸壁膨脹,油液進入間隙,壓力(li)形成(cheng)對密封的下行作用,串(chuan)漏形成(cheng)
2.密封環(huan)未設(she)計泄壓槽
防止措施:
1.密(mi)封(feng)環設計留有(you)泄壓(ya)槽,油液通過泄壓(ya)槽,填充(chong)溝(gou)槽從而壓(ya)縮O形圈,產生密(mi)封(feng)
原因:
1.運動速(su)度太快(kuai)
2.有偏心運動
3.滑動(dong)面(mian)粗(cu)糙(cao)度(du)不均勻
4.安裝時扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除偏心運動(dong)
3.修改滑動(dong)面粗糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝(gou)槽設計不合理導(dao)致壓縮率(lv)太大(da):沒有考慮到(dao)材料由于(yu)(yu)熱量及(ji)化學介質引(yin)起(qi)的變(bian)形,或由于(yu)(yu)壓力(li)過(guo)大(da)引(yin)起(qi)
防止措施:
1.溝槽的設(she)計應考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)材料(liao)由于(yu)溫度及化學介(jie)質(zhi)引起的變形
